A fabulous competition croquet set: includes competition quality balls, George Wood Hybrid croquet mallets and Croquet England competition hoops, (supplied in their own canvas bag). The Croquet England Hybrid Premium Set is made for the connoisseur who appreciates fine equipment and is serious about the game.
Unless otherwise requested all mallets are supplied with an overall weight of 3.00 lbs and measuring 36 inches. The mallets have part carbon fibre and American Ash handles fitted with black cushion grips. The weighted mallet heads are made from Sheesham hardwood with an inlaid sight line. The set comes packaged in a solid pine chest.
Supplied with powder-coated steel croquet hoops that meet Croquet England tournament standards. Made from solid steel with turned carrots and 3/4″ uprights. Powder coated for a smooth hard wearing finish. Each set of six comes packed in a canvas bag. The uprights are 3 11/16″ apart. A set of 6 weighs 17 kilos.
Every set carries a coloured laminated rules card with some tips and tactics a GC rules book plus AC laws book. All components are guaranteed against breakage in the course of reasonable use and care.
